Pros

Environment, support from colleagues and supervisors, work-life balance, great benefit, space to grow. I'm working in a non-customer interactive position, so I'm just speaking for my role.

Cons

Payment is quite low. (Can't complain too much since the HQ is in Arkansas) No gym or dining room.
