      - The team is open to communication, and it willing to provide support during the onboarding process to help facilitate an easy transition. - The work is across various projects, and keeps you constantly moving forward learning along the way.

      Cons

      - Be prepared to put in the work, and the required work hours.

      there are a lot of regulation working in financial institution but that is the best company I worked so far.
