      Great culture where there is mutual respect and collaboration working together as part of a team. Priority is given to continued learning and exceeding client expectations.

      None that I can think of. I would like to see more branch locations in other states.

      Amazing Company- Wonderful Coworkers

      Pros

      Working for Bank OZK has been such an amazing experience! The people who work here are so helpful and really care for their staff and customers. The manager at my branch is fantastic, she is one of the hardest workers I've met and loves what she does!

      Cons

      I have yet to have any sort of negative experience at the branch I work for, everyone here is wonderful to work with. Everyone here helps out to get things done and has no problem assisting their team!
