      They offer decent Health insurance

      Cons

      low pay, no bonus, no chance for advancement but we are required to complete a lot of the same training as management. they don't hire within. dead end job

      The people I work with are very helpful. The managers are super nice and so what they can to make sure you feel comfortable.

      Cons

      I had to wait a month to get any formal training.
