With the rapidly evolving competitive landscape in banking industry, and high expectations for employee performance, the work environment can get a little tense from time to time. Personally, I love it, but also recognize that this is not the work environment that everyone is looking for.

Almost too many to list. I will try my best. They will sell you on this to be an innovation lab where you can work with different technologies but that is the farthest from the truth. You are not even allowed to download a chrome extension. You can only use a surface book no other option. The salaries are below average, and benefits are horrible. Management is absolutely terrible, for most of the middle management they are extremely inexperienced and this their first or second job. They have very dry, hard to interpret humor that honestly comes off as very insulting. They claim to be very flexible which is also the farthest from the truth. My advice, please read all reviews for the innovation labs before ever considering this position. Middle management will write code that is horrific and full of bugs and blame your team. Victories are never celebrated, EVER. This is the first glass door review I ever had to write to warn others. I would say the culture is terrible, the developers want to make it positive but management appears to be blind. The best way to describe this place is extremely corporate with absolutely no corporate benefits.
