      Pros

      I recently began the next chapter of my banking career at Bank OZK and it has been a wonderful experience! The HR representative was very efficient in guiding me through the onboarding process. I office remotely and the IT team has been very helpful in getting my technology set up. My new co-workers have been very welcoming!

      Cons

      I would still consider myself to be a "newbie" so, there are no cons to report at this time. My experience has been great!

      Pros

      PTO and sick time are phenomenal. Management has a good atmosphere.

      Cons

      Nothing glaring. Health insurance could be better but it’s not terrible. Everyday office life has its moments.
