      Pros

      One of the best things I like about working at Bank of the Ozarks is that I feel like my voice is heard. I can share my opinion on a topic and it will be taken into consideration by the manager of that area. I can email or call anybody in the company and the person on the other end is going to be great to work with and will not make me feel as if I am interrupting their day. There are a lot of career opportunities and potential for professional growth.

      Cons

      The only con would be that the bank doesn't offer some of the benefits that other large companies do like paid maternity/paternity leave or tuition reimbursement.

      Pros

      I could list all of the pro's of working for Bank of the Ozarks, but do you really think someone keeps coming to a job, day after day, week after week, year after year, if they are miserable? No way. I am still young, and could make any career move that I wanted, yet why settle for roast beef when I have filet mignon?

      Cons

      I don't get to park in the executive garage, (because I'm not of that status yet) but don't worry, I'm coming for you!

      With all the problems, you'll always have a job.

      Cons

      They have too many problems for a bank. Its embarrassing to tell a client that we cant look at there account because the computers are down again.
