Challenges for BOTO employees going forward

Company is growing through acquisitions/mergers

Cons

Managers in place are ill suited to supervise employees with more experience than they have. Egos get in the way of compliance. When acquisitions are made, the BOTO Manager may not be the best suited supervisor for the combined group. Just because they happen to work for the legacy bank, doesn't make them the most knowledgeable. They throw people at problems instead of trying to solve the problem through practices and procedures.

Location. Customers hours and nothing else!

Cons

Managers do no work in the branches, they are out all day!Want employees to do all the work while they are out eating playing golf. I dont believe it you are not out everyday and all day trying to get business. Lazy Managers. The pay is awful for the work.

My co-workers are more like family than just someone I work with. Excellence in everything we do as a company is a value that is expected and encourage from top management to the back office.
