Pros

I have only been on staff for a few weeks, but I can tell that the teams we have here in Little Rock are super friendly, helpful and seem to care about the people and the growth of the bank. In some ways, we are all working to catch up with the phenomenal growth of the bank in the past few years. People are being creative and opening up to new ideas that are not the traditional banking processes. Banking is changing and Bank of the Ozarks seems to be on the right track to helping our customers grow with us.

Cons

So much growth so quickly means a little chaos. We are working through this each day, but there is still so much work to be done.

Awesome work environment with excellent opportunities to advance. Everyone is treated fairly and with respect. You are allowed to do you job without interference and the bank rewards good work.
