Great financial products for our customer base. The best CD rates for brick and mortar banks around. Great value for the general public with common sense personal and wonderful easy to manage business accounts. Hard working team members who try with earnest to give the best customer experience they can despite being so short staffed.

Cons

Very poor recognition or feedback. No reviews or pay raise after multiple years of service. No quarterly bonus or incentives beside referrals to merchant ($100), mortgages ($250) or potential team members ($Depends). Employees are spinning their wheels and wasting valuable time with no perks or a raise (maybe $ .15 if you are lucky). Wow! This is beyond embarrassing.

Decent management until we were all canned. My immediate supervisor was very approachable. Generous vacation allowance.

Cons

They expected sales and shoved it down our throats during the covid shutdown. Then while I was home, sick with covid, I was laid off , kicked to the curb. Human Resources was nowhere to be found during my time there. Projects were often tossed around or put on hold. I regret working for this joke of a company.
