good pay, updated their PTO policy effective 2024 for the better, friendly co workers,

Cons

Very little training, cold calling, hardly any walk in clients, outdated systems, extremely uncompetitive in lending rates, similar to larger banks as to very little common sense in approvals of loans, in the hiring process they claim they can do large loans over $10 million but when you actually start anything above $5 million is a challenge. Because of all the cons I have resigned effective Jan 2nd 2024 and have better opportunity elsewhere.

Pros

Good teams to grow with. Good leadership teams and usually a stress free environment. Sales goals are realistic ' ish. Overall people willing to help. Back Office team always friendly and helpful.

Cons

Benefits have very expensive deductibles, coverage is subpar when compared to other big financial institutions. No fertility help from bank, 1 time credit for branded gear (the gear is VERY expensive), no Christmas dinner allowance for the teams, less days off than other banks, very outdated banking software and mobile app features. Also pay is below the national average and bonus is almost non existent.
