Pros

The management is amazing, the atmosphere is pleasant and not stifling in the least. It is a very coordinated and well-organized place to work. My team members are thoughtful, considerate, and hard workers.

Cons

Trying to figure out who all does what and who to contact with issues. Relying on management for answers can be frustrating sometimes but as a whole this is a small issue and easily remedied.

Pros

The teams here are awesome. The work is rewarding and our management is flexible. The benefits are great, and we even have parental leave for both parents.

Cons

Being 100% remote would be even better but only having to be in the office only a few days is great when coupled with the flexibility.

Coworkers were awesome. Good time-off policy.

Cons

Low pay, no bonuses or incentives to improve performance. Upper management stays in their ivory tower and don't have a clue what the employees are going through, or worse, they just don't care.
