      Great Team Not So Great Company

      Pros

      Local team worked really good together

      Cons

      They did not give raises or bonuses even though they had record breaking years during Covid and the staff had to work sometimes open to close only 2 people to a branch.

      It's very simple. People bank with people! We pride ourselves with taking exceptional care of our customers as well as cultivating new relationships! It's truly the best bank to do business with and develop a career path with. Improving the financial lives of our customers each and every day- is Bank OZK!

      Cons

      There isn't a negative side or a con to doing business with Bank OZK. Integrity is our foundation and adding value to our customers and to our teams is our culture!

      Overworked, Underpaid, Too Corporate/Not Enough Care for Employees or Customers.

      Pros

      Good benefit program like vacation, sick and maternity time. I was told shortly after I started “it’s a good place to get banking experience and then get OUT” and that was the truest statement ever said from any employee of Bank OZK.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, no advancement internally (unless maybe you live in Little Rock at some of their bigger locations), crazy corporate policies.
