      I have been working at Bank OZK for several years, and I can confidently say that it's a wonderful organization that truly values its employees. My top five reasons to join Bank OZK. 1) supportive work culture throughout the organization. 2) employee development 3) strong ethical standards. 4) strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. 5) positive work culture and team spirit

      This is a fast-paced working environment and could be perceived as a con, but it is important to note that Bank OZK's fast paced nature is a testament to its drive for success and innovation.

      Not great amount of PTO, takes a while to get approval for things, pay could be closer to industry standards

      Toxic work environment. Terrible upper management. A lot of overtime. Late work nights.
