Constant fire drills from upper management that want things done right now instead of doing things right. This creates more mistakes that must be corrected, which creates a cycle of perpetual problem fixing.

good pay, updated their PTO policy effective 2024 for the better, friendly co workers,

Cons

Very little training, cold calling, hardly any walk in clients, outdated systems, extremely uncompetitive in lending rates, similar to larger banks as to very little common sense in approvals of loans, in the hiring process they claim they can do large loans over $10 million but when you actually start anything above $5 million is a challenge. Because of all the cons I have resigned effective Jan 2nd 2024 and have better opportunity elsewhere.
