      Pros

      Very relaxed management. Depending on department, dress code is not enforced. Employees come in late every day without word from management.

      Cons

      Work is unevenly assigned. No room for advancement. Raises are $0.24 every year or two.

      Good Company Below Average Benefits/Pay

      Pros

      Good teams to grow with. Good leadership teams and usually a stress free environment. Sales goals are realistic ' ish. Overall people willing to help. Back Office team always friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Benefits have very expensive deductibles, coverage is subpar when compared to other big financial institutions. No fertility help from bank, 1 time credit for branded gear (the gear is VERY expensive), no Christmas dinner allowance for the teams, less days off than other banks, very outdated banking software and mobile app features. Also pay is below the national average and bonus is almost non existent.
