Cons

Terrible management who works you to the extreme. Refuses to let you take days off or if you do retaliates against you. 0/10 recommend.

Pros

The pay is higher than other local banks. The culture is really inviting. Great management. The Marketing team does a good job putting together events for the corporate office. Vacation is pretty good as well. 3 weeks to start and 4 weeks on your 4th year.

Cons

Some jobs are 100% in office while some are a 3-2 hybrid. Must work at least 3 in office. (Not a con if you enjoy the office. Great office space. Coffee machine is great.)

Cons

Raises aren’t very big, company is constantly changing and aren’t keeping their employees informed of all new changes & policies.
