Pros

The company is very laid back and does not have aggressive goals for accounts. Very easy to talk to customers as well.

Cons

They do not offer a pay raise mid year even for a promotion. I went from a CSS (teller) to a CBRS (banker) and was not given a pay differential as they said that I already made similar amount as a teller that the banker role would offer. Verification support team does not ever provide an accurate or complete solution to questions. If you call the same department you will get different answers.
