This bank truly knows their customers. It's the strongest bond I've seen in comparison to other banks. Disciplined credit culture, will be around for a long time. Amazing CD rates - highly competitive. Lead system is actually nice and clean as well! Well organized & AMAZING leadership who are extremely genuine and caring. This is what made me pull the trigger and I don't regret it!

Cons

Benefits... :( Unfortunately, the benefits are not on a competitive level compared to other banks. No floating holidays No PTO purchase plan (Many banks allow you to purchase a week vacation) Many banks go as high as 5 weeks vacation for their very tenured people. It doesn't seem that diversity and inclusion is pushed as much as other competitors do. It doesn't seem like the language is coming from the top. I wish there were more opporutunities for incentives - to earn bonus/ commission.

Bank Ozk is an amazing place to work! They genuinely care about their employees and are always willing to help. I feel valued and respected, and can tell that my leadership really appreciates me and my hard work. I'm excited to come into the office every day, knowing that I matter and am appreciated. Cons

The benefit package left a lot to be desired. The deductibles were very high and there were very few doctors to choose from - which made it difficult for us to get the care we needed. They could definitely improve in this area if they want to remain competitive in the market.
