      Not a lot of career growth. Too many young people are at higher level and they don't care about employees growth. Favoritism.

      Pros

      Whether it's planning for the long-term or working on a quick-turn promotional campaign, this group has its act together. The mix of seasoned professionals coupled with fresh-thinking talent brings perspectives and new ideas that are rare at a company. As an in-house agency, the marketing group is creative, dynamic and productive - and has a direct line to senior management with minimal bureaucracy to bring the best campaigns to market. Strongly recommend.
