      2 weeks paid vacation and sick time

      Little to no proper communication among departments, tellers and CSRs are given a much bigger work load than other departments, back office departments are not always helpful with tellers, high turnover which causes short staffing often, lack of communication, training is sub par and includes information not needed and needed information not included, little to no opportunities for advancement, little to no opportunities for raises, pay is not equal to work load and what you're required to know and learn, management is not always consistent, management shows favoritism to customers and doesn't always follow policies, corporate does not support tellers experiencing customer abuse

      No quotas for new accounts. Closed on Saturday (my branch)

      Cons

      The pay is embarrassing. The managers are a joke. They don't talk to you, they talk at you, very unprofessional. They don't ask you to do anything, they tell you in a demanding way. There is NO room for advancement, no matter what they tell you. If you are a single parent, this is not the job for you. The managers at my branch could care less if anything happens to my kids. If you want a day off, again, good luck with that as well. The cost of living in Texas is very high, but the pay here is very low. Schedule is not flexible at all. Moral is very low. I'm still here because I'm gaining experience that I'll be able to take with me at some point.
