      I've been at Bank OZK for under six months and so far, I'm really happy I made the decision. The team I work with is efficient, organized, and professional. The work environment and culture truly something to admire. Upper management focuses on stirring the institution towards its goals, delivering the best banking solutions for its clients.

      Cons

      The only con is that, due to the nature of working for a bank, most positions require you to work in office.
