Bank ozk is focused on their customers, employees and shareholders. We follow the ozk way and no matter what department or division we all work together as a team. There are three simple reasons why I love this bank, 1. Care- executive leadership cares about you. 2. Partnership- everyone works together as a team. 3. Diversity- everyone is welcomed to the table and encouraged to share ours thoughts.

Cons

The bank has amazing presence in key states I would like to see bank ozk coast to coast.
