      Sometimes there are personality conflicts/clashes but that's expected anywhere.

      Pros

      From the initial contact by internal recruiter, to the interviews (in person and by phone) every person I dealt with was warm, friendly and appreciative of my interest in Bank OZK. They made me feel at home from my first day, through now (two months later), and everyone is very helpful and supportive. Great benefits (above average in coverage and below average in cost)

      Cons

      There are really none! Well OK maybe one: would be great to have a work from home/remote or hybrid (some days each week at home) option.
