Pros

The company pushes you to learn everything fast. This can be beneficial, because it's a good foot in the door. Family-like environment. Good work life balance.

Cons

Pay is beyond below average. Promotions are purely based on tenure and not merit. You learn to copy and paste information rather than learn actual analysis.

What a Horrible Place

Pros

Growing Korean-American bank about to merge with another Korean-American bank.

Cons

Literally, the worst bank I have ever worked for. Run like a dictatorship, or monarchy. Very cliquish. Resistant to change and people are hired and let go like the wind.
