Pros

Co-workers were friendly and helpful. Paid holidays. Consistent work schedule.

Cons

Too much of a Korean atmosphere. 90% Korean not much diversity. Some supervisors expect you to do overtime.

Pros

Team work seems very important here and the co-workers are pretty friendly. Bonus at end of the year, outings as a group to nice dinners etc. If you work there long enough, probably reach VP position regardless of how talented you are. Insurance and 401K are really good here.

Cons

Low salary, Korean culture is really strong..., can't readily take sick days for fear management will say something. They tell you to use vacation days but you're kind of forced to use it at end of the year.
