      Pros

      Exposure to many different technologies in a fast paced environment. Great people to work with and never a shortage of excitement

      Cons

      The organization is growing at a rapid pace attempting to deliver a variety of retail products without staffing more employees. Thereby increasing workloads and hours.

      Pros

      Full benefits, decent training (depends on department), good work experience for resume.

      Cons

      Cliques; pay is much lower than competitors; micromanages; senior executives and board doesn't seem to concerned about employees and employee morale. Very "Korean," as in all older age people are always right...if you are younger, you must listen to the older person. Not much diversity. Promotions do not come too often. Most employees do not seem to like working here...they just do because it's "steady" with good benefits.
