Pros

Benefits are good Some people are amiable You have good working experience You have something to put on your resume The work schedule isn't bad

Cons

The management is extremely poor. There are too many clicks within the same department The mid management has too many favoritism: they will either like you or they wont. Also, they make you work with such a low pay.

Pros

The best reason to work here is that when you're young, you can make good friends/colleagues and learn on the job.

Cons

BBCN is a Korean American bank. Although I was Korean, it was difficult to adjust to the culture.
