Pros

Good place to start your career if you are new. People will not have high expectations of you if you have just graduated. Recommend gaining some experience and moving on to a more established company should you want to stay in the industry. Noticed lots of AVP/VP's in their 30's at larger banks come here to gain higher titles as FVP/SVP.

Cons

Not much training for entry-level analysts, low starting salary/bonus, feels as if management expects younger employees to depart eventually and does not promote them. Some departments functioned seamlessly as a team but for the most part the bank felt segregated.
