Pros

The affordability of Health Insurance is the only thing that kept me here.

Cons

For people in the service business, they sure don't know how to manage their own people. It is an understatement to say that there is no respect between co-workers. People don't know how to control their temper creating a hostile work environment. Managers are "greasy" and arguably selfish. Very hierarchical mentality so junior level employees are generally treated as second class citizens. The way they treated employees during pandemic was unethical. (All the managers and producers were able to work from home, while junior level employees were required to report to the office.) It is surprising how the bank tolerates such unethical behavior.
