Pros

Legit none. Do not work here.

Cons

Too many. Discrimination in pay and in work culture, low pay, inefficient yet power hungry upper management, etc.

Pros

Good benefits, friendly coworkers, some managers are approachable

Cons

Pay is way below average. You will be surprised how low your pay was at BoH once you get out. Managers could be friendly but they would turn their back on you any second. You do have a chance to learn many things, but most deals you will work on are very small and simple. Being this is rather a small, unknown bank to the majority (although BoH takes prides in being the largest Korean American bank) the company name itself does not have any impact on your resume. Most companies that include banks do not know Bank of Hope. If you can, try your best to avoid this place .
