Pros

Financially sound. Multiple business channels.

Cons

Company and specific departments were misrepresented during the hiring process. Serious lack of communication, some managers may not reply to emails for weeks (if at all). No processes or procedures for certain departments. Figure it out on your own.

Worst office location ever

Pros

Opportunities depend on your team. Fortunately I'm in a great team.

Cons

The office building is old. The elevators stop working after 7 except the freight elevator. If you work overtime you might end up riding the elevator with trash bags. The parking lot is hideous. The underground parking lot only has one lane in and out. What a great idea.

Pros

Easy to be hired. Great insurance benefits.

Cons

Low compensation. Has a very Korean work environment. People can't seem to mind their own business and gossip about other employees. Due to constant mergers, the bank is always reorganizing. Don't expect any pay raises or promotions unless you are good at kissing up to management
