Pros

Benefit is good. Work environmental is also good. Internal transfer is possible (not easy though). Other work conditions are also average or above.

Cons

Low salary would be the worst con. No or very low compensation for customer referral. No specific encouragement to make employees work harder.

Pros

-Regular business hours/work week -Co-workers in department were helpful -Health benefits package -Holiday's and PTO

Cons

-Typical Korean hierarchy culture. Management will not consider your opinions and micromanages. -Lower than average pay with minimal raises. -High turnover -Overtime is not required, but is basically expected. It's not about the quality of your work, it's about the time you spend in the office. -HR is there to serve the bank, not the employees.
