Pros

Bank recently merged, so there is a lot of opportunities.

Cons

Lack of training. Korean culture can be a negative for non-Koreans.

Pros

Customers and some coworkers

Cons

Stressful when the coworkers are childish. Favoritism from certain people. Immense gossiping. Certain officers have no idea what they are doing and I don't know how they got to where they are. Coworkers pick and choose the customers they want to help. They see who's next and pretend they don't see them in hopes someone else call them.
