Working area is cramped, noisy and not conducive to productivity. PMO is disjointed, poorly managed, and impersonal. Understaffed in many projects. Senior management thinks highly of themselves, demonstrate a clear delineation between themselves and general staff, and rule under threat of termination, i.e.- having lunch while working at your station, or even having pictures of family.
