A bank that was paying for the mistakes made in the past made it difficult to work in the present

Pros

The new management team seems to have done a nice job in regaining the confidence of the local community and is going above and beyond to hold onto valuable employees.

Cons

New programs and ideas are introduced then abandoned before they have had a chance to work. That can lead to confusion with the employees trying to communicate a consistent message to the customers

Pros

Management works around personal life when needed. Management is very knowledgable and they pay pretty well compared to other banks.

Cons

They "upgraded" the system and can't accomodate clients, they don't give the opportunity for current employees to get promoted. They don't communicate what so ever and they have no training to help you build your career.
