Constantly changing processes and procedures. Adequate training is not provided for these new processes and procedures Most of the time, information has to be entered across multiple platforms that don't communicate with each other so you find yourself entering the same data multiple times. Since you never have proper training you never know what your doing is right or wrong until it is too late. Career Advancement seems to be non existent. Experienced people leave due to the unreasonable workload and instead of replacing the person, they just spread that workload across the people who are still there which is creating a vicious circle. Currently this department seems to be at least 40% understaffed and it is unlikely that they will be hiring anytime soon.
