      A big corporation that has not lost the touch with its employees yet.

      Cons

      work tools [computers, printers, software] are very old, outdated. The core system is very old. It is very frustrating to use the software. It is not easy at all to open an account. If you want to give the best service and feel good about what you do, you must spend a lot of time, on the PC. From my personal experience, I have noticed that it might take me an avarage of 40 minutes per account. And that is only with the software. It is such a hassle to learn new things. Only because it is very hard to use the system. When you want to be the best, you work your ass off.
