      The biggest disappointment of my career to date

      Cons

      Benefits are expensive and still cover nothing. Roles are not well defined. Systems incredibly outdated and perform poorly. Employee handbook/ explanation of how to perform tasks is difficult to follow. Employees responsible for errors are not held accountable. If the system allows a flaw to occur, even if you follow the system you are blamed, not the outdated system.
