      Excellent Incentives, good salaries and average benefits. This is a very streamlined organization so decisions are generally quick and there is minimal red tape.

      Cons

      Challenging goals and management is very quick to eliminate those who do not acheive them. The pressure to obtain goals is intense. There is an "in crowd" at this organization and this can leave employees feeling disconnected if they are not part of this group.
