Pros
Healthy work life balance. Competitive pay rates. Plenty of free benefits for your health. Company flys remote colleagues down to Miami 1-2x a year to be apart of community days. Growing company, yet holds realistic expectations. Fully remote positions available in some fields. Hybrid working available is most others.
Cons
No paid sick time. Only get 2-2.5 weeks of PTO. Takes a long time with hiring process, and does have a lack of punishment to “problem” workers.
