1. Management talks down to people. 2. They have a lot of work, but no ot is given. 3. Management is unprofessional. 4. They have work from home, but they don't allow employees to work from home. 5. The managers not approachable. 6. Management doesn't even have the common courtesy to say good morning or hello, extremely rude environment.

Maturing from a small bank mentality to a professional bank under new CEO and CIO. Great cafe and pay seems to be in-line with market.

Cons

Not consistent culture across bank. Some groups mature and some heavey into manual outdated processes. Some groups develop staff for leadership and some don’t. HR processs are dated. Lack of bank-wide strategy... but seems to be improving.
