      Pros

      In a sales position the best thing about this company is when you receive your payout however payout are annually and horrible to wait that long.

      Cons

      A lot. PBTC market is the worst market, Management styles at this company is to hinder employees from advancement by form intimidation & control. HR dept is corrupt and in cohort with Retail Executive. This company is big on gossip and a lot of people are on a final write ups. Lazy managers & Assistant Managers. Extremely high turnover in branches. Favoritism exist heavily in this company watch out for cliques & they are heavily aligned.

      Used to be a great company, work culture and values were exceptional. Nice perks.

      No longer a good place to be. Employees in information technology are fleeing like never seen before.
