Not innovative or technology driven. Corporate employee's treated differently than retail employee's. Reluctant to train and promote from within.

Good benefits and ability to work from home during the pandemic.

Cons

Long, excruciating hours, unreasonable deadlines, poor management, and no career growth. Not a very innovative company although they try very hard to come across this way. Most of management has been there for years and have a sense of entitlement so they are not open to new fresh ideas.
