      Pros

      Paycheck and benefits nothing more.

      Cons

      favoritism, daily politic discussions, certain employee takes smoke break every 30 mins with BQM while other employee work the teller line by herself, unprofessional behavior and profanity daily, not every one is treated fairly and with respect, certain employee gets incentive payout because BQM inputs as that employee sales.

      Great cafeteria! Free Coffee. Regular Paychecks. Diverse Atmosphere.

      Cons

      PMO - Serious flaws with management. Extremely high turnover which speaks on said 'flaw'. Company culture is indifferent with very short sighted policies. Some Project Managers have gained too much authority too fast, arrogant, do not treat others with respect.
