      Pros

      Salary is probably a littler more that average but not a big difference. Usually I see a good relationship between management and employees. Opportunities for growth. The bank is opening a lot of branches in South Florida and New York. They provide financial assistance to students

      Cons

      Sales goals could be too high and always changing polices and procedures.

      Pros

      Have the ability to "move up" within departments and grow in the organization. Like many other companies, it helps if you know the right people. In my department, no micro-managing, family orientated, the department manager understands that family comes first. In my department, good work is recognized.

      Cons

      All the BS that comes from working in a Corporation... you have your coworkers that gossip, back stabbers, etc. Working with other departments can be challenging, sometimes people are look-out for themselves. Many distractions if you sit in a cubical, people talking, phone ringing, music playing, more people talking, etc.
