Pros

- Opportunity to interact with clients and gain sales experience - Some helpful guidance from experienced agents - Lead agents will split their commission with you if a sale is made. this is their version of paid training.

Cons

- Limited guidance on internal systems; mostly rely on tips from other agents - Mentorship is inconsistent; shadowing may be with agents who are still learning - Training lacked clarity and didn’t provide adequate time to learn effectively. - Commission-only structure can be challenging for new agents - Most leads provided were aged and had already been called numerous times, reducing success rates
