Pros

Friendly co-workers. Experienced sales people will take you with them while you're training so that you can observe. Managers and experienced agents are encouraging.

Cons

Recruiters use sales tactics and sometimes lie to get people to come in for interviews. Some sales managers are rude to potential clients, and scare elderly people into spending more than they can afford on insurance.
