Pros

- 20k in incentives the first year of employment - Trainer puts new trainees on business to promote growth in agent and office - Training every single office day - Leads provided - Annual Renewals and Residuals - Great trips and perks for production You have the ability to take the time you need to recharge while also receiving the tools to make a great living. It confuses me that people are rating this job so low because of commission only. Most highly paid sales positions are commission only.

Cons

- 100% commission (this could be difficult for some people who do not know how to work a full day)
