Pros

Supportive, team work environment. My immediate Manager was a friend, motivator and a mentor. The Branch Manager and Region Manager were excellent to work with.

Cons

I didn't mind making a lot of outside sales calls, you just have to make it fun. The noise created from all the other agents doing the same thing was a distraction, however.

Pros

Good training and support, people in the office friendly and helpful.

Cons

I got "0" leads that I would call customers even remotely interested. Most of the names that I got as "hot leads" seemed to have never heard of Bankers! Two days in the office every week cold calling until you got appointments. "Door knocking" expected daily on days out of the office.
